Cookies PLLLEEEEAAASSSSSSSSE
This is R before we started our cookie makin'. She is my L.O.V.E.R of all things sweet. ALL THINGS sweet. This is what you need... narrated by Reagan {unbeknownst to her}...
A little love talk to the cookies. Well, to the ingredients... something along the lines of: "ohhh you are pretty... you going to be gooooood cookies, YEA!!!"
and
"mmmmmm. mmmmmmm. mmmmmm."
This is me posing for the camera. With my good side that is.
Give a little "I love cookie dance", it helps I swear.
After mixing a good licking is necessary.
... and nibble. As long as you like.
Even a kiss helps the cookies know you love them.
And licking the batter off your lips is a hard job.
IF you need help let me know. I have perfected it.
Put the cookies in oven and bake it.
Watch it closely... I like to turn the light on and wait "patiently".
After you let them sit for a min then get one in your tummy!
{If you enjoy the cookies as much as R does here - your life is pretty complete.}
If you are talented like me you can pull off tricks like this one below. Takes practice.
No funny business guys... go get your own.
Double Chocolate Mini Kisses Cookies:
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cup chocolate cocoa
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 bag chocolate chips - milk chocolate
1/2 cups nuts if want... we never put buts in our cookies... I don't like them. :)
*Heat oven to 350*
bake for 8-10 min... place cookies on wire rack to cool completely. I pull cookies out before they are completely "done" in oven. I like them soft... slightly undone... not doughy... but soft.
Enjoy.

This post made me really happy. Is it weird that I can completely relate to your little girl?
