Welcome.... to BLISS

Before we start... did you know that Baja Fresh opened up at 10am?  

Neither did we... until we were starving for something to eat once off the plane.  

Love me some chicken soft tacos.

So... let us begin.  Spencer and I took a night off... and hurried our little selves down to So. Cal (Laguna Beach) for his work's annual Christmas Party.  'Tis the season ... remember.  So guilt is never felt.  You will see why.  (I know I have posted pictures before... but I always like to look at the pictures and day dream that I live there... in that exact location.)

So here is our room... some of it.  

You know it is nice when Whitney (is it okay that I referred to myself in the 3rd person?!) can walk around the room without shoes on.  That is when you know (or you pray) that it is clean.  Not to mention when Whitney soaks herself in the bathtub... then you REALLY know it is a nice room.

*My favorite conversation/answer of the trip was when we asked the girl who walked us to our room (by the way the Montage's service is UNREAL.  Really... nothing has come close to what you receive at this resort) if there was anyone there famous.  Of course she couldn't answer - whatever-, so I decided to follow up with 

"so, if you could see anyone... who would it be???"

To which she answered... "Oh, I would LOVE to see Brittney Spears.  She is the one person I would love to help to her room!!"

Lesson to be learned: you don't have to have "smarts" to give great service.
