How much is that doggy in the window?

My children don't usual greet people who own animals;
they greet the animal.

For example:  Hudson was outside chalking the sidewalk up and a woman walks by,
he excitedly yelps out, "Well, hello doggy.  How are you today?!"

Reagan, like her brother, always talks to whatever animal is around before even acknowledging the owner of the animal.  It always entertains me.  Always.

It amazes me how much kids love animals, especially dogs.  H will always tell me how he wants a house, so that he can have a backyard and a dog.  Oh, and also a really cool treehouse or hideout.
According to H, Spencer and I need to get to work.

So funny and so true! I took the kids to the pet store today to hold the kittens and puppies. they want one so bad, but jason would dissown me if I came home with anything. We aren't pet people at all, but it's funny how your kids can turn you with their pleading!

So funny! Our kids know we will get a dog once we get a bigger house. They ask everyday if we can move...

My sister in law got a puppy for her kids, but then realized it was like having another child...so it was out the door in two weeks. It went to a better home, of course.
