just call us sickies

Sorry there hasn't been any blogs lately. Spencer and I got home over a week ago and got smacked with sickness everywhere! Really, it was just Hudson at first, but when he is sick - it feels like we are all sick. Wait a min. .... then we all do get sick?!?! Yes -sir-eeeeeee, Spencer is next, look out. Hudson has this fever/cough/snot thing going... gross. I feel so bad for him. You just look at him and know he isn't doing well. He won't eat a thing, other than a few bits of popcycle, milkshakes, soggy cereal, or cooked cereal. I have tried everything while pulling my hair out. He did eat a good amount of cream-of-wheat tonight, and started to laugh and play, so hopefully we are on the rise. AS for me... I now have his cough, no fever. But the cough stinks! And cough medicine has not gotten better since I had it last, probably about 10 years ago. Nasty stuff. Someone seriously needs to market good tasting cough syrup - they would make a bundle.
Anyway - thought I would give an excuse why we haven't blogged, and no we didn't take a 2 week vacation to Maui. 5 days was good enough for me. I will post some pictures when I have a min. to download them, and breath at the same time.
