Hudson's Day (well two days)

Here is how it went "down"...

Waking up to his favorite breakfast.... homemade pancakes.
Yes... his pajamas do not match.

With Hudson, we sing "Happy Birthday" allllll day to him.  He even joins in.

He got to open two presents in the morning (so he can play with them & to be honest what kid wants to wait all day for their gifts?!  Not my kid.).  Sequence for kids is GREAT.  He loves every moment we play.

Here is Batman.  He is really into Batman lately... and thought this was a real treat.

Hudson and his pal Andy at the park.  Andy wouldn't look up - so funny.

I caught Hudson kissing his presents.  I told him he had to wait for Daddy for the rest.  It was a bit tricky for him, but he did well.  He would just sit and stare at the gifts, and would tell himself to "wait for daddy".  When I would walk into the other room he would lean over and kiss his gifts.

The next few pictures are from today... the day of his party.

Reagan at the water park (our city's water park... so not that big - but just as good some days)
I put her in a little two-piece... I thought the closer to being naked for her the better.  It was a whoppin' 100+ degrees today - yuck!  She didn't enjoy it too much.  She was sweating like crazy and didn't want to sleep - who would?  So we put her in the water and she loved it for about 10-15 min.  She was just too tired.... and HOT.  Spencer gave her little sips of water, she really loved that.  Poor thing, but she looked really cute.

This is Hudson eating his cupcake (that melted and completely fell apart... otherwise known as broke right in half - sad day.  I made these cute sharks... oh well).  The water "jungle gym", for lack of a better word.  It was this playground full of water and would spray water everywhere.  It was a blast.

I was the dummy who decided to call Costco to get pizzas for the kids and not think about it real hard ---- ya know since I got 6 freakin' pizzas for about 10 kids and their families.  Total about 30ish people.  The Costco man told me I needed 6 pizzas, at least with 30ish people.  I am the one who forgot to tell him that 1/2 of my guests were 3ish.  Nice.  So we finished off 2.5 pizzas and the lucky people sitting near us got some free pizzas to take home.  Sometimes I really need to sit and think about things before I do "them".

I asked Hudson if he had a good day, he answered with a smile and a loud "YEP".  Then he went to sleep at 6:30pm while I tickled his tummy and has been asleep since... nice.
