Came across this sweet little find:
Oprah's Favorite Grilled Cheese

What you need:
  • honey
  • fresh basil
  • havarti cheese (two slices per sandwich)
  • yummy wheat bread
  • tomatoes

Warm skillet, butter one side of bread - place honey on other side.  You can cut your basil in strips or pieces, or leave it as a small leaf - whatever floats your boat.  Place basil on the honey - so it sticks.  Add one slice of cheese, then a couple sliced tomatoes, cheese once more and then top with the other slice of bread (that has honey, basil and then butter on the other, "grilling", side).  Grill/melt.  

It was delish.  Spencer commented on how this certainly can be a weekly meal... hey I am okay with that.  It is WAY EASY.
