Hudsie
Hudson has been pronouncing his name, lately, as: Hudsie... we don't correct him too often, actually ever, because we love it so much. We are thinking of changing it to Hudsie - what do ya think?!? Only kidding, but it does have a charm to it, that is when he says it.
The past two weeks Hudson has bloomed a little more, he has been so much fun. He has been whippin' out words I didn't even realize he knew, such as "chiwll out mom!" (chill out mom). I recall saying that to him randomly about a week ago while he was getting upset over something. He caught on real fast. And the "fun" doesn't stop there... he has been throwing tantrums worthy of an oscar, seriously I see academy awards in the near future. Picture the following: Me walking REALLY fast to my car out or Target with one hand pushing a cart the other hand man-handling a certain little man upside down (so he won't smack my face). Me not realizing that people are not looking so much as at Hudson rather at me in all my glory flashing the whole parking lot with my bra and undergarments for all the world to see! Think of my neck line on my shirt pulled down around my boob, that is right folks - come one come all! Free peep show - TARGET parking lot. Gotta love that. And the best part, other than being a little embarrassed is that it really didn't phase me... I guess that in itself is pretty sad - ha ha.
Here are some cute pictures from the past two weeks of "H" man.
Hudson at a local park, he preffered the sand rather than the water. Go figure, it was only about 95 degrees. Wasn't a fan of the random sprouting water.
Washing his own hands with half of the soap bottle. He was so good that he also washed his face and hair.
This is Hudson's FAVORITE thing to do, above everything else! If you call and talk to Hudson on the phone he will repeat "Hudson up high, daddy!" translation: Spencer throws Hudson up - skimming the ceiling- onto the bed. Hudson belly flops onto the bed and loves every single minute of it. It is all he talks about all day and asks for when Spencer gets home. It is even the last thing he says when going to be, "Mommy, up high? Daddy?"
