Peter Pan is in "NO FLY" zone

Or at least this is what Spencer asked of me this morning. I was getting ready to go and purchase some material... and I asked one more time... just so I wouldn't "get into trouble when I pulled the tights out" and he gave me this pleading look and said...
"Whitney, I think I am a little too old to dress up as Disney Characters."
And so, my friends - Peter Pan has failed to fly. Oh well... I tried. To the point of brain washing Spence, but no such luck.
Although, I would almost guarantee that if I would have asked him to be Capt. Hook, or some kind of villain in the Disney Character list I would have had a green light. I think it is just Peter, poor Peter always gets the "plank" because of the tights.
So now... what do you think of Indiana Jones. Spence could totally pull that one out - he even reminds me of a younger Harrison Ford at times.

Dang. I was really looking forward to seeing a 6 ft+ peter pan this year. Where do you even get green tights that long? Bummer!
Oh gosh..........so sad the tights hit the plank. I am laughing outloud just thinking about what might have been.
Sad!! That would've been great if he had agreed!! I think Indiana Jones is a great idea... my hubby actually just agreed to dress up as that! We're going to the Mickey Mouse Trick or Treat party at CA Adventure, so I figure we have to go Disney. He would've vetoed Peter Pan too... silly boys!
Maybe napoleon dynamite or he could go as Seth. Indiana Jones seems a little safe... but fun with the hat and whip...? Anyway, how will that go with the other two? Tell him he can be the alligator that snaps at peter! It’s all about compromise.
You're lucky that Spencer will dress up at all. Brandon refuses to dress up unless he can just put on his Charger jersey which he wears every Sunday during football season anyways. His office makes him wear some kind of funny hat at work on Halloween and he hates it! :)
